Our involvement: Carried out structural condition survey for Road Slabs inside Cross-Harbour Tunnel Assessed the overall condition and recommend repair, improvement or upgrading works for Road Slabs of the Tunnel

Our involvement: Carried out condition survey for construction site and nearby area. Assessed the overall condition and recommended monitoring works.

Drainage Maintenance and Construction and Building and Civil Maintenance and Minor Works to DSD Plants and Facilities (2020-2025) at Tai Po & Yuen Long/Tuen Mun

Our involvement: Carried out detailed structural condition survey for the building and civil engineering structures, sewage conveyance and retaining structures within DSD plants. Recommended and prioritized the repairing / maintenance works ; Designed the types, materials and methods of repair and remedial works.

Term Consultancy for Village Survey and Enforcement against First Round Targets and Non-reported Unauthorized Building Works in New Territories Exempted Houses

Our involvement: • Carried out survey and investigation in New Territories Exempted Houses to identify and observe the conditions. • Prepared inspection report with recommendations on the Unauthorized Building Works. • Conducted desk studies of land information to identify the owners/ persons responsible for the UBWs. • Issued advisory letters to owners/ occupants.

Consultancy for the Inspection on External Drainage System of Private Domestic/Composite Buildings for Building Departments

Our involvement: • Provided inspection of drainage systems at private buildings • Prepared inspection report • Issued orders/ notices or advisory letters to owners for rectification of drainage defects, such as missing the anti- siphonage pipe
