Our involvement: Carried out detailed structural condition survey for the building and civil engineering structures, sewage conveyance and retaining structures within DSD plants. Recommended and prioritized the repairing / maintenance works ; Designed the types, materials and methods of repair and remedial works.

Term Consultancy for Village Survey and Enforcement against First Round Targets and Non-reported Unauthorized Building Works in New Territories Exempted Houses

Our involvement: • Carried out survey and investigation in New Territories Exempted Houses to identify and observe the conditions. • Prepared inspection report with recommendations on the Unauthorized Building Works. • Conducted desk studies of land information to identify the owners/ persons responsible for the UBWs. • Issued advisory letters to owners/ occupants.

Our involvement: Investigation and supervision of works under the defaulted orders such as repair dangerous / defective buildings, drainage and structures, demolish or alter unauthorized buildings works (UBWs) and served order as emergency works.

Provided the proposal of drainage implementation and designed the run-in/ run-out proposal.

Our involvement: • Carried out building condition survey for sub-stations to identifymajor building defects and deviations from approved plans. • Reported and assessed the overall condition and recommendrectification and remedial works.

DfMA for HyD’s Widening of Western Section of Lin Ma Hang Road Project

Yuen Long and Kam Tin Sewerage Treatment Upgrade – Upgrading of San Wai Sewage Treatment Works

• Upgrading of the sewage treatment level from preliminary treatment to chemically enhanced primary treatment with disinfection • Expansion of the treatment capacity to 246,000 cubic metre per day Our involvement: Designed all Temporary Works including Falseworks and Formworks for over 16 nos. of Building

Upgrading of Kwun Tong Preliminary Treatment Works (KTPTW)

• Upgrading of the existing Kwun Tong Preliminary Treatment Works (KTPTW)through the construction of additional facilities and upgrading of existing facilities to increase its treatment capacity. • Project Estimate : $349.9 million Our Involvements : ICE Checking of Design and Construction of Facilities including but not limited to– 1 ) New Grit Building 2) Upgrading of 6 Nos. of Existing Facilities with Application of 3D Scanning 3) Design and BIM Adoption of DfMA and Rebar Pre-fabrication for Construction of New Grit Building of KTPTW Our Achievement : Merit Award, Hong Kong openBIM openGIS Award 2022

Our involvement: • Provided design services under the approach of DfMA for the construction of the proposed sewage pumping station (SPS), Maintenance Corridor Cell 1-4 and the Emergency Bypass Box Culvert Cell No.9 • Utilized Tekla Structure to perform 3D rebar detailing and automatically generate Bar Bending Schedule for off-site prefabrication

Investigation for Provision of Covers on Walkways Package 3 – North, Tai Po, Sai Kung and Tsuen Wan

Our involvement: Investigation for provision of covers on existing walkways at North, Tai Po, Sai Kung and Tsuen Wan districts with innovative design approaches for construction with DfMA/MiC method.

Project Management Services for Repair and Maintenance Works at 45 Berwick Street

Our involvement: Acted as Project Consultant to assist the Client to plan the building repair, maintenance and rectification works, prepared structural design and tender documents and provided site supervision for the entire site works.

Consultancy Services for Precast Concrete Construction of A380 Fuselage Mock-up

Our involvement: Acted as a Contractor’s designer to prepare structural design for proposing precast construction method for the new A380 Fuselage Mock-up in Hong Kong International Airport.

Construction of Surface Movement Radar (SMR) Supporting Frame and FOD Supporting Frame for Airport Midfield and Third Runway System

Our involvement: Provided design services and site supervision for radar supporting frames at both midfield and 3rd runway system area, Hong Kong International Airport.

Pond Upgrade at Penfold Park for Storm Water Management at Sha Tin Racecourse

Our involvement: Arranged Ground Investigation (G.I.) work for the project and provided structural design for the drainage structures of revised stormwater drainage upgrade works with associated E&LS works inside Penfold Park.

Improvement Project for Shouson Hill House 1 Slope Project at Shouson Hill Road East No.1

Our involvement: • Provided design of the steel platform structure decked over a registered slope in the private premises • Obtained approval from Building Department • Prepared tender documents • Provided project management and site supervision for the construction works
