Principal Inspection of Lion Rock Tunnel and Associated Studies – Investigation

WINGS conducted comprehensive structural assessments for the 1.4 km Lion Rock Tunnel connecting Kowloon Tong and Tai Wai. WINGS designed the drainage diversion at Sung Wong Toi Culvert to enhance Kowloon City’s flood resilience. Our scope included hydraulic modeling, structural design, and ELS systems, utilizing DfMA for the Automatic Isolation Device (AID) structure. WINGS engages as the subconsultant under the agreement no. CE40/2024(CE), which encompasses the investigation, design and construction of a proposed railway of about 18.1km long connecting Hung Shui Kiu and Qianhai. The project comprises the construction of HSK station and the proposed railway of about 7.3km and the associated facilities. Northern Metropolis Highway - Investigation

WINGS engages as the subconsultant under the investigation of northern metropolis highway development. This project comprises of the construction of an approximately 23km long carriageway from Tin Tsz Road, Tin Shui Wai to Heung Yuen Wai Highway and numerous interchanges to facilitate the road network to the new development areas. Investigation for Provision of Covers on Walkways Package 3 – North, Tai Po, Sai Kung and Tsuen Wan

WINGS was appointed by the Highways Department for the investigation of covered walkways in North, Tai Po, Sai Kung and Tsuen Wan Districts. Innovative design approaches, such as DfMA/MiC method, were adopted to overcome the site constraints (e.g. tree root, congested underground utilities). The aesthetic designs of covered walkways were approved in ACABAS.
